To get started with us, we first need to schedule a free meet and greet. Please call us at 774-521-3116 to schedule an interview. The interview won't take long -- about an hour or less.
During the interview, we will ask specific questions about taking care of your pet's needs as well as particulars about the caretake of your home while you're away. The most important reason for the meet and greet is the opportunity for your pet to get comfortable and used to us. And for you to see and meet who'll be taking care of your pet. We want you to be happy with us and feel safe about our services.
What You'll Need To Get Started:
A set of keys. Pets Plants & Home will need a set of keys to perform service. We will test and pick up the spare keys during the interview.
Ample supplies for your pets and plants. Please make sure you have ample food for your pets. Necessities like food, vitamins, litter, treats, toys, etc...
Veterinarian papers. Pets Plants & Home will need to see up-to-date papers for all pets noting all current shots. Also contact numbers for emergencies for your home and pets, as well as what vet/hospital to take your pet to in the event of an emergency. Please leave these out for us while you're away.
If your pet requires medication, please leave us clear written instructions next to the vet papers.
